It All Started With a Question
I remember asking Rob a dangerous question over coffee a few years ago. “Rob, have you ever thought about coaching?” We had known each other for close to 20 years at that point, and I knew he had the right stuff to help leaders at all levels achieve greater success and significance.
The Right Person for the Job
Rob has been helping people realize their potential for over three decades. He’s dedicated both his life and his career to helping others be the difference in their families, in their community, and in their business. He was the first coach to join the BreakthroughCoach team, and has been making a significant impact in the lives of our clients and our organization ever since.
When Trefor Munn-Venn and I were looking for the right person to give leadership to our Ottawa Team, Rob was the obvious choice. We continue to be impressed by his deep commitment to the organization, his genuine compassion for others, and his unrelenting pursuit of coaching excellence.

As a Lead Coach at Rhapsody, Rob will be charged with the growth and the oversight of our Ottawa-based coaches, in addition to continuing to help his clients build their epic story. We look forward to a very bright future with him at the helm.
