Change is hard but having Eric as a coach to guide and mentor us through this leadership position I am learning quite a few things : how to deal with the team, identify areas as a leader to work on, and providing a vision to guide and bring everyone together.
This experience is fantastic and very positive and we all feel we can do anything!
