Clients come to me with a variety of questions, comments, or information regarding coaching, meetings, events, and other relevant subjects. It is my job to create a welcoming environment for them and ensure that they feel comfortable coming to me with any and all administrative matters.

When I was a kid I thought I would grow up to be an underwater marine biologist. A bit of a mouthful for an eight year-old but it was what I wanted to be nonetheless. I’ve always had a passion for animals, in particular marine animals, and thought that that would be the perfect thing to do for the rest of my life. Now I’m pursuing a career in the Business and/or Criminology sectors. Funny how things change…

Something you won’t learn about me on LinkedIn is that I applied for a Minor in Business as a direct result of working at Rhapsody Strategies. I am very passionate about what I have been learning whilst working here and I want to be able to implement that in my studies and potentially in a future career as well.

I’m at my best when I am under pressure with a tight deadline or a big project. The bigger the task, the more excited I am about it. The stress of it allows me to dedicate all of my efforts on ensuring that the task is completed within the designated time frame and to the best of my abilities.

My greatest privilege in the work we do here is the knowledge that I was able to help someone else, whether it is a client, a coworker, or one of the leaders at Rhapsody. Knowing that I was able to help alleviate some of the stress in someone’s day, take a weight off of his or her shoulders and help them focus on what matters most to them, is such a rewarding feeling.

My best piece of business advice? Be intentional in everything you do. Ensure that every move you make has been skillfully designed to achieve a goal within or for your organization, no matter how small. Make every meeting, every phone call, every word, count.

The future depends on what you do today.” – Ghandi
