Coaching is what I’m supposed to do.

I’ve always been a trainer; the person people go to for advice. It seems I’ve always been naturally drawn to—and put in—training positions. There is immense fulfillment in sharing skills and empowering other people. When you see someone you’re coaching uncover that “Aha” moment . . . that really is the best!

I believe I help guide people to the answers they already have. Listening is huge part of what I do. Through questioning and probing, my clients take a journey to what is best for them. I can’t come to them with my own conclusions. That’s not coaching; That’s just coming with pre-set, cookie-cutter answers. Coaching is about helping people build their own guidance system and helping them develop the tools so they can manage on their own.

I have a strong customer service background so precisely knowing my client’s needs and wants is a pivotal part of how I operate. My expectations are always to go above and beyond for my clients, and help them do the same in their business.
